What happened
Tenant applied for an order determining that the Landlord has collected or retained money illegally, entered the rental unit illegally, substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex, harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, and failed to meet the Landlord's maintenance obligations.
The ruling
Landlord ordered to pay tenant $630 rent abatement and $45 application fee. Landlord must inspect and repair intercom, re-grout bathroom tiles, and repair bathroom trim by August 11, 2016.
