What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective September 26, 2020. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,296.21, which includes rent arrears and application costs, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $41.03 per day for compensation starting September 16, 2020 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest and the Landlord can file the order for enforcement.
