What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated order issued by the Board on April 22, 2021 with respect to a previous L2 application.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 15, 2022. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
