What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord and other tenants. The Tenant's behavior included urinating in common areas, causing cockroach infestations, and repeatedly causing water damage to the unit below.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 28, 2018. The Tenant must vacate the unit by this date and pay $190.00 for the application fee. If the Tenant remains in the unit after the termination date, they must pay $40.98 per day. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting August 29, 2018 if the unit is not vacated.
