What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. The Tenant filed a motion to set aside the order.

The ruling

Order TNL-10494-18 is set aside and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $4,379.74 in rent arrears according to a graduated payment plan. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the outstanding balance shall become immediately due and owing and the Landlord may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
