What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 26, 2019. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,837.44 plus $36.31 per day starting January 16, 2019 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 26, 2019, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
