What happened

The ruling

The Landlord's application for eviction is denied on the condition that the Tenants pay $6,037.00 for rent arrears and costs according to a 9-month payment plan. The Tenants must also pay new rent on time and in full. If the Tenants fail to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for eviction without notice within 30 days of the breach.
