What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the tenancy arose by virtue of or collateral to an agreement of purchase and sale for a condominium unit and the agreement of purchase and sale has been terminated.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2017. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $190 for the cost of filing the application.
