What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to damage to the unit, substantial interference with other tenants, and persistent late payment of rent. The Tenant had signed an Agreement to Terminate the tenancy, but later claimed he was under duress when signing it.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 14, 2017. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
