What happened

The Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant smoking inside the rental unit or the residential complex, which was a breach of the tenancy agreement. The parties reached an agreement at the Case Management Hearing.

The ruling

The parties agreed that the Tenant would not smoke inside the rental unit or the residential complex for a period of twelve months. If the Tenant fails to comply with this agreement, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant without further notice.
