The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective September 10, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $22,603.81 plus $82.19 per day starting August 31, 2021. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 10, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
