What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord's intention to demolish the rental unit. The Landlord served each Tenant with an N13 Notice on November 30, 2020, with a termination date of March 31, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 28, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office to enforce the eviction starting March 1, 2022.
