What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $41,086.00 by March 5, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by March 5, 2023, and pay $33,364.06 to the Landlord, plus $108.49 per day from January 31, 2023, until move-out.
