The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $6,726.62, which includes $6,540.62 for arrears owing up to January 31, 2023 and $186.00 for the application fee, according to a payment schedule. The Tenants shall also pay the full rent on or before the first day of each month from February 2023 to December 2023 or until all arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenants breach the agreement, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants, or may ask the LTB to reopen the application.
