The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by September 20, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 30, 2021, they will owe interest starting October 1, 2021 at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by September 20, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
