What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants entered into an agreement to terminate the tenancy but did not move out by the termination date.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 30, 2023. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $186 for the application filing fee.
