What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because they, another occupant of the rental unit or a person the Tenants permitted in the residential complex have seriously impaired the safety of any person. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.
The ruling
The Landlord's application for eviction is denied based on certain conditions that the Tenants must adhere to for a period of 1 year starting May 21, 2021 and ending May 20, 2022. If the Tenants do not comply with the required behavior during this period, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants.
