What happened

Tenant applied for an order determining that Landlord harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with the Tenant, entered the rental unit illegally and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the rental unit or residential complex by the Tenant or by a member of the Tenant's household.

The ruling

The Landlord shall pay the Tenant $300 as a rent abatement for substantial interference and illegal entry, $1,400 for the last month's rent deposit, and $53 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $1,753. The Landlord must pay the full amount by April 2, 2022, or will owe interest.
