Tenants applied for an order determining that the Landlords harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened or interfered with them and entered the rental unit illegally. The Tenants also applied for an order determining that the Landlords have collected or retained money illegally.

The Landlords illegally entered the Tenants' rental unit, harassed and interfered with the Tenants, causing them to move out. The Landlords also collected excess rent from the Tenants. The Tenants are entitled to $1,275.89 for hotel accommodation and $600.00 for excess rent collected, plus $53.00 for the cost of filing the application.
