The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of August 12, 2022. The Tenant shall pay $600 to the Landlord on or before August 3, 2023. If the Tenant does not pay the $600 by August 3, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6.0% annually on the outstanding balance.
