The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlord $9,650.00 in rent arrears up to April 30, 2021, less the $2,650.00 last month's rent deposit, plus $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the full amount is not paid by November 12, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
