What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant did not pay the rent owed.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlords $546.77 in rent arrears and $175.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 10, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
