The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 25, 2020. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,793.44 plus $35.74 per day starting August 15, 2020 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by August 25, 2020, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
