What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 21, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,518 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $3.88 per day in compensation starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by December 21, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
