What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The condition was that the Tenant's dogs were to be on a leash when outside the rental unit, and the Tenant was found to have permitted her dog outside without a leash.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before September 14, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to have the eviction enforced.
