The tenancy is terminated effective May 11, 2024. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $2,301.51, which includes rent arrears up to April 30, 2024, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $39.12 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting May 1, 2024 until the Tenant vacates.
