The tenancy is terminated effective January 23, 2023. The Tenant must move out by this date. If the unit is not vacated by January 23, 2023, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $201.00 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay by January 23, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
