The tenancy was terminated effective April 14, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay $4,257.81 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears up to the move-out date and compensation, less the rent deposit and interest on the deposit. The Tenant is also ordered to pay $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 21, 2021, the Tenant will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
