What happened

The ruling

The Board ordered that the tenancy between the Landlord and Tenant is terminated, and the Unauthorized Occupant shall move out of the rental unit on or before February 28, 2022. The Unauthorized Occupant was ordered to pay compensation to the Landlord for use of the unit from January 1, 2022 to the date they move out.
