What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to their behavior substantially interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of the Landlord and other occupants at the residential complex.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 24, 2021. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $4,915.47, which includes compensation for use of the unit less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenants must also pay $56.78 per day from October 14, 2021 until they vacate, as well as the $186 application fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by October 24, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
