What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 14, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $833.96 plus $49.32 per day for each day of occupation starting September 4, 2021 until they move out. If the full amount is not paid by September 14, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
