What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on October 20, 2020 with respect to application TNL-18557-19. The Tenant failed to pay April's rent and a final payment of $50.00 which was due on April 1, 2021.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before May 11, 2021. If the unit is not vacated on or before May 11, 2021, then starting May 12, 2021, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
