What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent as specified in a previous order. The Tenants failed to meet the conditions of the previous order to pay rent arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $614.65 plus $46.03 per day starting February 9, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 19, 2021, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance. The Landlord can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction after February 20, 2021.
