What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 22, 2022. The Tenants must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $560, which includes compensation for use of the unit after the termination date and the application filing fee. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by January 22, 2022, they will owe interest starting January 23, 2022, and the Landlord can file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
