What happened

Landlord applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's conduct that seriously impaired the safety of others, caused undue damage, and substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment of the residential complex.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective July 28, 2020. The Tenant must vacate the unit by September 30, 2020 and pay the Landlord $1,562.40 in compensation for use of the unit from July 29 to September 14, 2020, plus $32.55 per day from September 15 until the Tenant vacates, and $186 for the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 19, 2020, interest will accrue at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. If the unit is not vacated by September 30, 2020, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
