What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants' employment as superintendent has ended.
The ruling
The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenants terminated when the Tenants' employment terminated on January 27, 2020. The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $10,472.48 for daily compensation for use of the rental unit from February 4, 2020 to November 25, 2020, and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $10,662.48. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 12, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
