What happened

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $2,585.00 on or before January 29, 2023. If not paid, the Tenant must move out by January 29, 2023. The Landlord owes the Tenant $2,044.27 from the rent deposit and interest, but can deduct $81.50 per day for compensation starting January 6, 2023 until the Tenant moves out.
