What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board. The parties reached an agreement at the hearing.

The ruling

Order SWL-50472-21 issued on April 13, 2021 is set aside. Order SWL-41553-20 issued on March 11, 2021 is cancelled and replaced. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,255 plus rent, with $250 payments due on the 1st of each month from June to October 2021. If the Tenant fails to make these payments, the entire balance will become due and the Landlord can apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
