The tenancy was terminated effective March 31, 2021, the date the Tenant vacated the rental unit. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $505 for the reasonable costs of repairing or replacing the damaged appliances, and $186 for the cost of filing the application, for a total of $691.
