The Tenant shall pay the amount in installments from February 2023 to October 2023 and also pay the full rent on or before the first of each month during that period or until all arrears are paid, whichever is sooner. If the Tenant does not make the required payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant.
