What happened
The Tenant filed a T2 application alleging that the Landlord, superintendent, or agent harassed, obstructed, coerced, threatened, or interfered with the Tenant during her occupancy. The main incident was on August 17, 2020, when the Landlord's son came to the unit and asked the Tenant's daughter if he could speak to her mom. The Tenant was scared to come outside as the visit was unannounced. The Tenant also mentioned receiving a rent increase notice (N1) and a notice to end tenancy for interfering with others (N5), which she claimed were efforts by the Landlord to pressure her to leave.
The ruling
The Tenant's application is dismissed.
