What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlords or another Tenant, and because the Tenants have wilfully or negligently caused undue damage to the rental unit or residential complex.

The Landlords' application was dismissed because the N5 notices served on the Tenants were found to be invalid.
