What happened

Landlords and Tenant signed an agreement to terminate the tenancy as of January 30, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlords and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 30, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced. However, the eviction cannot be enforced due to Ontario Regulation 13/21 until the regulation is removed by the Ontario Government.
