What happened

Landlords applied to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant because the Landlords' son requires possession of the rental unit for his own personal use for at least one year.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $732.22 for use of the unit from June 1 to July 19, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed. The Tenant must also pay $39.45 per day for use of the unit from July 20, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by August 31, 2021, the Landlords may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement.
