What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 10, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $11,396 in rent arrears and application fees from the previous order, plus $55.89 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting July 31, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 10, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest starting August 11, 2021.
