The tenancy is terminated effective February 19, 2021. As of the date of this order, the Tenant owes no money to the Landlord because the amount of the rent deposit and interest the Landlord owes on the rent deposit exceeds the arrears of rent the Landlord is entitled to under this order by $1,098.29. The Landlord is authorized to offset $43.53 per day for compensation for the Tenant's use of the unit starting April 1, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
