The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 7, 2023. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $8,674.56 plus $98.63 per day starting September 27, 2023 until the Tenant moves out. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 7, 2023, the Tenant will owe interest at 6% annually on the outstanding balance.
