The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenants must vacate the unit by April 7, 2023. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,159.14 plus $64.88 per day from March 28, 2023 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by April 7, 2023, the Tenants will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
