The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying $7,643.82 by January 31, 2023. If not voided, the Tenant must move out by February 11, 2023, and pay $7,099.43 plus $40.57 per day from January 18, 2023, until move-out. The Tenant can make a one-time motion to void the order if full payment is made before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
