The ruling

The previous order SWL-47378-20 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must vacate the unit by September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $5,502.21 plus $42.71 per day starting September 18, 2021 until the unit is vacated. If the full amount is not paid by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
